Forest Bathing Offerings in 2023

There are several ways to experience Forest Bathing this summer and fall on Minnesota's North Shore

Traditional Forest Bathing:  Forest Bathing is an opportunity to slow down and carefully observe our senses. We may begin to notice incredible things about ourselves and the more-than-human world around us.

Forest Bathing and Food: This class takes place on the shoreline of Lake Superior.  Experience food in a whole new way.  Learn the art of slowing down to savor the life giving energy we bring into our bodies everyday.

Forest Bathing for Friends with Mobility Differences:  This special class is curated so all mobility levels can experience the healing power of Forest Bathing. We don't need to travel far to sit alongside the beautiful Caribou River. This path is sturdy gravel and with the help of our friends we can assist a wheelchair or walker to the river's edge.
