There are several ways to experience Forest Bathing this summer
Forest Bathing: Forest Bathing is an opportunity to slow down and carefully observe our senses. We may begin to notice incredible things about ourselves and the more-than-human world around us.
The Giving Forest: Experience food in a whole new way. We survive by taking in energy from the food we eat. The CO2 we breathe out allows plants to grow. Through this cycle we feed each other. This class is a deep dive into this beautiful cycle of reciprocity with the more-than-human world.
